Indoor cycling classes offer an excellent workout to improve your cardiovascular endurance and build strength especially in the quadriceps, gluteus, ham strings, and calf muscles. Participants of all levels welcome- you control your own intensity level. Lose yourself in the music while you burn calories like crazy.
Minimum of 5 confirmed to hold each class.
2020 Class Schedule
Monday - 6:00 AM & 11:30 AM (1/2 hour class)
Tuesday - 4:30 PM
Wednesday - 6:00 AM & 11:30 AM (1/2 hour class)
Thursday - 4:30 PM
Friday - 6:00 AM & 11:30 AM (1/2 hour class)
Single Classes are $5 for Members and $7 for Non-Members
(1/2 hour class- Member: $2.50 Non-Member: $3.50)
Punch card- 8 classes for $48 or unlimited classes with Membership Plus membership
Sign Up Policy: In order to be fair to all participants....If you choose to sign up for a bike and do not show up or give at least 2 hours notice, you will be charged individual class fee.
