Zumba Gold
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class at a lower-intensity.
The class has easy-to-follow moves that focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. Low-impact Zumba-standing or sitting.

Kids Zumba
Zumba Kids is designated just for kids! These classes are high energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines and music kids love. For Kindergarten through 4th grade.
6 week session will start March 2, 2020 from 5-5:45 PM
