Based on the Kripalu school of yoga, a relaxed paced yoga class where we allow our bodies to be our guide for what we are capable of for the day. Kripalu doesn't adhere to the "one size fits all" approach when practicing yoga, encouraging each student to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward. Emphasis is placed on tying your breath to your movement, and paying attention to how each pose feels to your body.
Suitable for any level of student, from first timer, to the long-time practitioner, and everyone in between. No flexibility required!
Please feel free to bring a blanket, bolster, cushion, or zafu (meditation cushion) to sit on, as well as any other props you may be used to using during your practice
